Shipping and delivery

Please allow 2-3 days for me to create your custom item. Once completed, I ship via standard UPS or USPS rates. The delivery time will depend on the carrier and your location.

Please note: I am not liable for delivery errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided during the purchase process. If the goods are not received or collected in the specified timeframe, they will be returned to me. I will reach out to you to arrange a second delivery attempt or discuss next steps. After the second attempt, any further delivery attempts will be at your expense.
