Returns and refunds
Because custom items are made specifically for you, custom orders are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges. If there is a problem—such as damage during shipping, a mistake on my part, or a defect—please contact me within 10 days of delivery, and I will make it right. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition unless otherwise agreed upon.
