Handmade Products & Variations

All items sold by Chaotic Expressions are handmade. Because of this, no two items are ever exactly the same. Minor variations in color, size, texture, or design are normal and are not considered defects.

 

Use & Safety Disclaimer/ Liability Waiver

Chaotic Expressions is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur due to misuse of products, failure to follow intended use, or lack of supervision.  Any injury or damage resulting from a child accessing or misusing a product is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

 

Assumption of Risk

You hereby acknowledge and agree that your use of products sold by chaotic expressions is entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that you are familiar with the risks and you agree to assume full responsibility for any and all risks of injury, death, or property damage that may occur as a result of use misuse or possibly neglectfulness. 

 

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items must be returned in original condition unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

Failed delivery

We are not liable for delivery errors due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you during the purchasing process.

If the goods are not received or collected at the time or within the period specified, they will be returned to us. We will contact you to schedule a second delivery attempt or to agree on a future course of action. Unless otherwise agreed, each delivery attempt after the second one will be at your expense.

 

Right to Refuse Service

Chaotic Expressions reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

 

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, images, and content created by Chaotic Expressions are protected intellectual property.

All rights to artwork are fully reserved by Chaotic Expressions.

No designs may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
